Medical Procedures     Dr. Dorey offers such specialized procedures as posterior lumbar interbody fusion (which he discusses with his patients from first-hand experience), intravenous colchicine injections, sympathetic therapy and more. All are designed to alleviate chronic intractable pain when other methods have failed. He has been certified to perform kyphoplasty, a new state-of-the-art spinal procedure that restores some of all of the height lost due to a compression fracture, and helps straighten a bent-forward spine. Dr. Dorey is the only physician in the Reno County area certified to perform this procedure.
