We strive to make your visit as pleasant and convenient as possible. Below is information you may find helpful on our office and procedures. Hours . . . although this may vary when surgery is scheduled. Please contact the Hutchinson Hospital operator for emergencies evenings and on weekends, or proceed to the Emergency Department. For other after-hours concerns, please leave a message on our answering machine and we will contact you the next business day. Insurance/Payment We are contracting providers with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare and Medicaid. We will file insurance claims from our patients with other commercial health insurance policies. Payment arrangements may be scheduled in advance for those without insurance coverage. Payments also can be made with all major credit cards. |
